Switching from Another Dental Office?
In the age of digital charts and X-rays, switching to Garden Oaks Dental could not be easier. Contact our office and our dental administrator will coordinate transferring your file from your current dental office. This may include previous records and X-rays. We are able to coordinate the entire transfer seamlessly so that your records will be ready for our dentist before your first appointment. There is no cost for this service. If you have current X-rays, duplicates will not be required – saving you time and money.
Your previous dental office may require a release form prior to releasing your records. If this is the case, our administration team will assist in producing this form for you to sign.
What Does the First Visit Include?
Your first dental visit will include a comprehensive exam and dental X-rays. Your dentist will review your medical history perform a dental examination, use X-rays to diagnose oral health problems you may be have and create a custom treatment plan.
